The car in the movie is NOT a Ghia. The movie
clip was on here a while ago. When you stop it close to the car, you can clearly
see the car has been mocked up to resemble a Ghia for a blink of the
eye.

'61 Ghia??
Caught that on TV. Not sure what the deal is. Do they actually
wreck it? Even if it is a "dog" I can't believe that they would sacrifice that
rare of a car for a movie. There were only about 19 of those, 9 '60s and 10
registered as '61s.
