thanks all for your suggestions.  I'll be checking the hangers and talking to the muffler folks about a resonators or glass packs.   There was one spot that was pretty close to the frame and causing some knocking.  Maybe it was causing some of the noise resonance.  They did install an H.  All in all, I think we'll get this solved with all your advice.
