*laughing* When I saw mention of the bright yellow '67 CC, I just HAD to respond! (I have one & I love it!)
You're right, Mike...the roads are so boring with all of the look-alikes. (remember the days when anybody who was worth their salt could spot a Buick, Oldsmobile, Cadillac or Imperial (and their YEAR?) without any doubts whatsoever?
The onslaught of these nondescript vehicles can be wholly amusing, though. Have you seen the Subaru Scion? (aka: the "Lego car") I'm not sure what's more disgraceful; someone getting money to design such a car or someone paying money to own one!
As for me, I live for distinction and my yellow '67 CC seems to fit the bill rather nicely!
BTW, here's my view on a good car VS a good woman:
Treat them both to nothing but the best. Don't skimp & don't abuse them. In return they'll always warm up fast & take you for the ride of your life!
