IML: bumper bolts...recapping the stainless tips

Here's a question for all of you.
I'm rechroming the bumpers and guards on my '47...and
I need to know if anyone out there in Imperial Land
knows of a source that can recap the stainless tips on
the bumper bolts.  I know I can purchase some sizes
new and relatively inexpensive...but some of the
longer sizes (like the ones thru the bumper over
riders with the oval tips) are not available. Besides
the originals fit better and the bolts are in great
shape...they just need the stainless tips recapped.
Can any of you turn me on to someone who does this. 
Since new bolts are being made I know the technology
and tooling is there...But where?
