Definitely try a quote from Passport.

I have used them in the past for my Imperial and Cadillacs.  They are a top notch outfit, and transporting collector cars is their main staple.  

www.passporttransport.com  is their link.  They can give you an estimate on line when you provide information such as zip codes and the weight and size of the car.
