IML: '59 Wheel Covers

Now that I think about it, the '59 wheel covers may have had cooling slots built into the decorative design, and may not have required/had the raised edge and additional slots/vents like '60 -'66.

Maybe someone with a '59 can shed light on this. It has been too many years since I thought about this subject.
