POR-15 sells a relining kit that I have been quite
happy with. Make sure you get the tank really clean and it works
great.
SOmeone will confirm shortly I hope, but all the
'vent' lines should be under the car still, so take a peak. I think just
about every one I have had (all in use, sorry) 2 vent lines other than the
sending unit. I know the one in my '67 imperial does.
