Solvent to eat glue but not ruin wood

As I pointed out, I have one panel that has fallen off and must be reglued,
so I need to get the glue off the panel and its mounting place to get a
good seal and fit.  Regardless of whether I take off another panel, I need
to know how to proceed with this one without damaging the wood or the
surrounding trim.
