1954 Inner door handle

Dear All:

   I'm  about to replace window motors in my 1954 Imperial and I'm having a bit 
of trouble getting the inner door handle to come off. I don't want to pull on 
them and I don't see a pin or c-clip. Can anyone give me a bit of advice on how 
to remove them?
