I'm a lawyer and I don't think I would take this case even if I were the one taken advantage of. If I remember correctly, the price point on the anniversary present was $1,500- 2,500. Almost any lawyer is going to want a retainer of $2,500-3,500. Add to this the fact that the dealer is in another state and it's not economically feasible to use an attorney. Now, if you've got some free time, you could do it pro se, expecially in small claims court... I'd be happy to provide basic advice, free of charge, but to actually retain an attorney is not going to be worth it.
