it's a total scam.they will send you an email stating they want your car and will send you a cashiers check worth more than the car,and ask you to use the money for shipping.Thecheck is worthless! don't even bother. Pretty soon you will see that you have won a special international lottery. They will even ask you for your account # to deposit the funds!Yeah right! If it sounds to good to be true, it is too good to be true. -----Original Message----- From: mailing-list-owner@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mailing-list-owner@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Dan & Karen Mitowski Sent: Friday, June 11, 2004 11:03 AM To: mailing-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: IML: Fraud ? Hello all I just recently placed two of my cars for sale on the imperial classifieds and i have been receiving some strange ways of transactions of funds. Has anyone else run into this situation? I dont want to go into detail on the subject unless i know that this could be happening to others. Thanks
