That works great if you have Chrysler wheels on your Chrysler...even better
if you use a loosen-all like ZEP-45 rather than a moisture displacer like
WD-40.

I've had this happen a couple of times on Imperials that sat a long time. I
sprayed WD-40 on the mating surfaces & then gave the outer edge of the tire
a few kicks with the heel of my foot on the OUTSIDE of the tire & they
eventually came free.
