I had the steel rallye wheels on one of my Chargers seize onto the front hubs of the car, it had sat for several years outdoors without being driven before I bought it. After several attempts with various hammers and a lot of cussing, I put the lugs nuts back on, leaving them loose, actually not touching the wheel itself at all, but very close...after several sharply executed figure eights in my back yard, the wheels came free, retained by the lug nuts, this was done at a relatively low speed, in my own backyard, the neighbors think I'm nuts, but then again they always did...
