Reading the threads on members problems with Kanters brought back painful
memories of dealing with them. They are courteous when placing an order &
knowledgeable about their products & have good catalogs, but when they
shipped me the wrong items & stonewalled me about acknowledging they sent
the incorrect items & then fought me on the return & shipping the correct
parts, I vowed never to deal with them again.
