I assume you are aware of the discussion about the lack of the restrictive orifice causing the whining? If not, you should be able to dig it out of the archives, although they seem to not have a lot of the old discussions available anymore. The bottom line is: Find an original pressure hose, no matter how shabby, and put it on your car. I'm betting the whining will go away. If this is the case, either use the old shabby hose, or have someone duplicate it completely, including the restrictive orifice at the correct distance from the end, and of the correct diameter.
