Agreed John! Not that it would ever happen of course, because we know the
list is never used to flame a vendor or someone who happens to disagree
with someone else, nor is it used to show a measure of support that may not
be given to another who doesnt happen to share the same point of view.
Personally, its interesting to know about what vendors are highly thought of
as well as those who are generally viewed as skunks, but in all regards its
ultimately the individuals choice of what to put on their car and its their
pocket book not mine who is paying for it. Caveat emptor used to be the
phrase for this as I recall, but in more modern times perhaps Forrest Gump
was right, " Stupid is as stupid does....".
I do think the Salon is the more appropriate place to take these
intangibles, then the interested parties can go back and forth all year and
save the rest of us from wearing out the delete keys.
