I was thinking the same thing recently when I noticed how many
60 Imperials seem to be in the works. I'm betting that most of them, along with
lots of others in someone's barn or field or wherever are not on anyone's list.
I really wouldn't put much faith in any such list, particularly if I had to pay
for it. It is most likely FAR from accurate.

Subject: IML: regarding numbers of cars
still out there
Howdy all,
The other day I was curious to see how many
'66 Crown Coupes were listed on the Imperial registry ...there are 8 of
us on there. Now here's my question....Is there a way to find out how many
are actually on the road but might not be in the Imperial
Registry? Possibly through some sort of DMV records or something?
Someone was asking about the rarity of the 75 Crown Coupe & it got me
to wondering.
Thanks,
Loyal Stern (66 Crown Coupe w/ new paint
but no clear coat yet.....*#$!&*!...was hoping to have it
this weekend :0))
