Bills 66 hubcap dilemma



Here, here, Mikey,
Both of us being from the same area, know full well what Bill is talking
about when he refers to the gang banger not seeing over his steering wheel,
and yes, Bill, it is a cultural thing. One thing about them is there is no
in between with them. It's either all out, or going so slow you have to make
a mark to see if they've moved, I guess in an attempt to show off their
"rides". Either way of driving is dangerous and if one of those cab-over
roller skates chooses to tangle with an Imperial, there is no doubt that the
low rider will be a lower rider afterwards.
