74 Headlight door motor

The headlight door motor on my 74 LeBaron is jammed, not even the hand knob 
turns.  I haven't taken it off yet to look at it, but I'm assuming the worst.  
What could the problem be, and is it fixable....but more likely, where can I 
get a new one, and what years will work with it?  Any advice would be greatly 
appreciated.  Thanks a lot!
