Anthony, This is a parts car at best. I once started a car that was almost but not quite this bad. I can guarentee that all the body outriggers are gone. The rust you see in the pictures is probably less than 50% of what is actually there. The remaining metal that looks good I am sure is well pitted from the back side and once you get into this car you might as well totally reconstruct the bottom of the car from scratch. Unless you need a good parts car I would run from this one very quickly.
