Hmmm, aren't Michelin's and Firestone's made in Japan now? I don't really like putting foreign made tires on my car either, but these days I don't think that we have much choice. Besides, it isn't like we are wanting the name of the manufacturer spelled out in giant white letters on the side wall like some types of auto enthusiasts. I think the only way to get a nice white wall very soon will be through a company like Coker. I don't think there are any new cars on the road the come from the factory with white walls anymore. I suppose that the specialty manufacturer, Vogue will always make something that has some white on it, but the first one of those that I saw, which was on a factory fresh brand spanking new 1964 Lincoln Continental Sedan over forty years ago were a far cry from what that company puts out today.
