Imperial Eagle Gargoyle Image

Hi list,

Great picture of the NYC Chrysler Building's Imperial Eagle Gargoyle in page 67 
of the Dec. 2003 Issue of Smithsonian Magazine.  As befits an Imperial Bird, 
the Eagle is shown surveying it's territory from a perch high above Manhattan.  

Pix shows the Eagle Gargoyle icon undergoing maintenance (another task we love 
performing on our beloved Imperials!), on the illumination system of the Eagle. 
 We also change our Imperial light bulbs quite often, but usually without the 
fabulous view.
