At idle everyone can hear my 62 Imperial rattle and
make an odd sound coming from the fan.  It sounds like
bearings going.  Can this be with only 35K miles?  The
fan seems loose but the belt is tight.  Loose in a way
that if wiggled, there is a fair amount of play.  What
can I do to fix this noise?
