Lowell Howe also has these.  They are already done and ready - you just need to be prepared to send him a core either before or after.  He says his are better - has a whole story, but I forget what his reasoning was.

 

Technically:  you need both the carrier bearing (parts store) and the carrier bearing support (isolator), which is the rubber job that fails and causes all of the commotion.
