It doesn't do it until the cabin temperature is what it is set at. Then it buzzes when the car is going low speeds only. This is only an example of what it sounds like, but here's what it sounds like: A door that is supposed to be shut by a vacum doesn't seal all the way, and it vibrates, and unless the car is traveling fast enough to have enough air flow over it to stop the vibration, it vibrates.
