Door panels

It's a 2dr or 4dr ? You say "door panels": interior panels or exterior 
"skin" ?
According to Hollander (about complete doors):
2dr HT: 57-59 doors interchange
4dr HT: 57-59 front doors interchange, 57-58 and 59 rear doors don't !! 
Don't know why ...
