Actually, I once considered building a '41 Imperial
because a friend is hiding for me (until have room
and money to buy it) a 4-door '41 Plymouth (needs
restoration). I think one "could" turn it into a '41,
but finding the Imperial specific parts for it would
be a nightmare (more so then the restoration of a '60
Jag I watched once... where the guy had to build alll
of his own parts because there were none in the
States!).
That and the older models don't have the emissions
restrictions, hahaha (<-evil laugh).
