remember you get what you pay for in most cases. Plating is horribly expensive but its far cheaper in the long run to get a good job from a good plater originally. Always do copper, nickel and then chrome and skip the nickel and chrome shops who skip the copper. It won't look as good or hold as well. ----- Original Message ----- From: <bluzsax@xxxxxxx> To: <mailing-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, May 16, 2003 6:37 AM Subject: IML: Rechroming (Bumpers) > Can anyone recommend a metal finisher that won't require me > to take out a second mortage to have my bumpers rechromed on my > 63 Crown? > > Are there usually vendors, selling rechromed bumpers, at the > Carlisle PA Chrysler Nationals? > > Thanks, > Curt > Blairstown, NJ > > > >
