Hey I'm eating breakfast as I read this!!! Good reason for dcon use though since it dehydrates them and they are less messy!! ----- Original Message ----- From: <dnieblas@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <mailing-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, May 13, 2003 7:00 PM Subject: Re: IML: 55 Imp headliner recolor > Hello Ted. It's possible that the stains are caused by something a little more gruesome than mouse urine. I had the same stains on my '58 when I bought it and it turned out that everywhere there was a stain there was a mouse carcass. Apparently the little critters had tunneled through the insulation above the headliner. For some kind of reason not all the mice made it back out and died inside the headliner. The brown spots were a by-product of their decomposition. If this is the case with your Imperial, I'd strongly recommend that you replace the headliner and not worry about carrying dead animals in your roofs. Have a nice day. > > Doug > 58 Crown coupe > > > > From: "Ted Blackington" <cebuisle@xxxxxxx> > > Date: 2003/05/12 Mon PM 09:51:44 EDT > > To: <mailing-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> > > Subject: IML: 55 Imp headliner recolor > > > > Hello Fellow Imp Owners! > > I have two large rust colored spots on my otherwise perfect headliner on my '55 Imp.
