Hi all. I didn't notice the recomendation to borrow the wifes cooking thermometer and stick it in the radiator to see what temp you really have (after checking if it's circulating when cold). I have one in my shop and use it quite often. Remove the cap, start the engine, check for cold-flow (should not be), insert thermometer, and wait a few minutes. As soon as the thermostat opens the temp will climb quickly. See what it tops at. '58 Plymouth - "Christine", '59 DeSoto, '60 Imperial cnvt, '60 Fury cnvt.
