If you have Microsoft Outlook Express, and a message comes up with a name rather than a return address, there's a way you can get the address:

 

Left click "reply" to pull up the message

Right click on the "from" name

Left click on properties

The e-mail address will appear.

 

I'm by no means a computer expert, but know the above does work.
