Right on Elijah! I have 'fixed' my third note
horn at least two or three times on my Imp
by turning that screw back and forth a few times.
I guess if you don't use them, they 'stiffen up'
or something. I now try to remember to honk
every so often to 'keep it loose'.
I believe that screw is used to adjust the quality of the
tone, but it does seem to work for freeing up
a stuck horn.
