How to Reinstall back glass

I need some info on how to get original back glass and
Andy Berhbaum reproduction gasket reinstalled in '61
Imperial 4 door hardtop.

Glass shop has tried to reinstall it twice and can't
get gasket tight w/o leaks.

Any info on techniques, recommended sealer etc. would
be appreciated.
