Thanx for the info -- so I'll be removing the 440 after 5 years of good service in my "Christine" in favor of the '60 413 and trans from my Imperial parts car. This must have been a popular swap back in the early 60's - I feel retro. Will this be a relatively e-z swap ?? Will be nice to have proper working button shift and a park-brake. The parts car sat for years, but has trans fluid and the engine turns smooth. I'll keep my fingers crossed. Wish me luck [I need it]. Rich.
