Valiant tow car?

Thanks for your reply, but the Valiant is the 65 Signet. I weas worried about brakes or lack there of in a tow vehicle.

...And rightly so. The idea of an Imperial tow car isn't very good, especially when you consider the bargains to be found on slightly used, newer trucks, SUVs, etc.

All-drum brakes for a tow vehicle? (and complicated ones at that!) Bad idea. A tow vehicle with a 2.76:1 rear axle? Another bad idea. Using a 40 year-old-car built with obscure, hard to find parts, to haul around another car? For the last time, bad idea.

Here's a better idea... Use that Ford discount to buy an Expedition.
