'58 valve cover

Ther's a pair of '58 Imperial valve covers on ebay :

If you look at the 2nd pic you see an old decal about spark plugs thread 
size. i had this decal on one valve cover of my wrecked '57. But in same 
condition as on the ebay pic !
Is this decal being reproduce ?
