I just completed my chassis with Eastwood frame paint and it is the best product I've used to-date. It was not cheap (about $25 a quart) but, it does go a long way. He's what I learned. Scrapping off the undercoating was insufficient. The surface takes paint and looks better if you wipe it, after scrapping off undercoating, with paint thinner and let it dry. Apply a coat (I used a brush) and let it dry three days. Apply a second coat and enjoy the results. I also suggest wearing gloves. If you do not it takes two weeks to get the paint off your fingers.
