83 HSP replacement

Dick and all who replied,
All is well. The lost is found. That's what happens when you don't look hard
enough. The EGR is on order from Chrysler ($33.00 list, NAPA wanted $45.00
as well as Advance) The lost spacer was right where it should be, hiding
under the throttle body. Got a new spacer and gasket from Brads NOS in one
wk.; great service! My mechanic friend was a Mopar (Dodge) mechanic until
the dealership let him go after running over both legs and dragging him the
length of the shop. He now can't stand long enough to do his job!!!.
apparently, some other Mopars use two EHr's. He has no experience with these
81 -83 beasts. By the way, this dealership is a Lithia now (But not when the
accident hppened)
