I think the problem you may be having is because some of the site address came "unglued" in my email. See how the last portion ("s/decodefendtags.html) is not underlined in blue? For some reason, that part of the address didn't translate into one complete site address for you to use as a link. Don't know why. You might do better to retype the entire link (including the broken off portion) exactly as shown into your browser and then try again. Sorry about that, it's a long one. But it might do the trick. If that doesn't work, let me know and I can try to print out the decoding page, scan it and email it to you directly. I know this page helped when I was trying to figure out the codes on my '65 LeBaron.
