Three of the four belts broke on my 58 Imperial's Hemi today. Fortunately
the one that survived, albeit inverted, was the one working the water and
oil pumps. I think one of the two larger ones broke first and then took out
the second which then took out one of the smaller belts.
The car seems to be OK.
I know where to get the replacement shorter belts. But I don't know where
to look for the longer ones. Any assistance at all would be appreciated. A
part number would be fabulous.
Apart from that I had a nice visit with Robert McAtee, who has a museum in
Durango, Colorado.
