Just a short note to tell you how much I enjoy your posts, they give me an insight into auto and Imperial history that I lacked before. I had two Chryslers with what I called "Fluid Drive", a 1950 Windsor hardtop and a 1953 coupe. Both cars had the six cylinder engine, were very under powered, and had that "clunk" from the transmission.
