Self-Introduction: I'm 53 Yrs old. I've always had an intrest in cars since
High School.
As a young man Back In New york I Built several Street rods.
( Good solid bodies were rare in snow country) In the early 70"s I had
several old chrysler Products.( 1953 Chrysler Windsor, 1958
New Yorker, & 1959 Plymouth Savoy). I always admired Chrysler
engineering.
Career moves & location changes put my car collecing on hold.
I didn't gat back into it till 1998. I found a 1949 Chrysler New
Yorker in need of a good home. I adopted it & have gotten it into
fair shape. It is now a driver. Last Year I moved to theCentral
Valley. My next door neighbor had a few cars stored on his
property. One of them was a 1964 Imperial Lebaron. It looked so
Stately, even thru the dust. I knew then I wanted it. After several
inquires as to whether he wanted to sell the car, He made me a package
deal. The deal was for the Imperial & A 1966 FORD Mustang. (The
mustang was for a friend.) The Imperial runs but it is going to need
some TLC. I enjoy working on these old cars. They don't have all that
hose& computer stuff to deal with. I would like to get back into club
type meets & socialize with other old car guys & gals. I'm sure once I
get into this project I'll have a ton of questions. I look foward to
associating with others who have like intrests& knowhow that I will
probably be lacking.
Please feel free to E mail me if there is something more in-depth
you would care to know : GEONORT@xxxxxxx
