Holley 4160s and Carter AVSs were used interchangeably in 68's for sure in
California, and I believe also in 67 (with the exception that they used
AFB's outside of California non-compliance areas).
It would be interesting to know how many known unmolested original 67-68
cars came with Holleys. My 69 had a Holley, but all my 67's and 68's have
Carters (for which I'm grateful!)
