I like the Imperial item but not the seller's attitude. If he thinks that
mailing something to Canada is so arduous that he has to charge $20 bucks,
as opposed to $3.50 to mail it in the U.S he can get stuffed. This is one
reason for all of my fellow Canucks out there to either made friends across
the border, or rent a mailbox, to curb shakedowns like this.

It's not only outrageous charges to Canada, but some of these donkeys on eBay seem to think that they can make extra money on shipping related costs.  I was the high bidder recently on an Imperial item, and the seller had stated in the listing description that UPS shipping charges would be added to the selling price.  No problem because anyone can verify what those charges are.  However, when he sent me his address he stated there was also a $25 packaging and handling cost, since the nearest UPS facility was 30 miles away.  I very politely responded that's your problem, and any additional costs should have be listed in the auction listing.  He apparently didn't like it and held the item for a month after receiving my payment.
