Thanks Dick, My problem is with the p/s belt, my FSM and my bracket don't seem to match up. I don't think you have to loosen the water pump to get at the pulley, but if I look at the FSM, (the pix are in the emission section under the air pump) it seems that way. I couldn't adjust the air pump, because I need a 15mm flat wrench and only had metric sockets. To loosen it I had to remove the pulley. Part of my problem may have been sun stroke, but I'm sure you're used to that in the desert :) You do have to loosen the item and then pivot it. The altenator you only need to loosen the one bolt and swing it, just like all mopars. The p/s section says there is a hole for a 1/2 drive. I can't find it, but my motor is a 360 so maybe the brackets were switched Thanks for the page references.
