Hi Ivica,(and List), Please let us know what year your Imperial is. This is just a guess,but...I am thinking you have a '81-3 Imperial...and the valve you are referring to is at the end of a long pipe which a large hose goes to??? If so,the pipe is called the Aspirator Tube which has a diapragm-type valve and a large hose at the end. I believe this valve will unscrew from the pipe via a nut under the valve. If not,the whole tube will have to be replaced. A restriction in the exhaust system might cause hot exhaust gasses to pass up the pipe,to the valve thus melting the rubber diapragm. Keep us posted.
