Body Manufacturer??

Unless your car is a Crown Imperial, yes, the body was built by Chrysler.

Chrysler purchased Briggs Body, the last major non-Chrysler supplier of
bodies, in late 1952. Since then Chrysler has built its own bodies. The
only exception to that is the 1957-65 Crown Imperials with bodies by Ghia,
but even there Chrysler built the body that Ghia stretched and modified to
make a Crown Imperial.

A side point - Chrysler of Canada started making their own bodies in 1927,
when Fisher Body stopped making bodies for non-General Motors vehicles.
Briggs never had a Canadian operation, although Chrysler of Canada did draw
upon American firms (Briggs, Murray, Chrysler) for larger body stampings and
pieces.
