In order to debit the store back, you'll have to return the
tires to them. I've been down this road before on another issue & found that
if you still have the mechandise in your possesion, the bank won't reverse the
charge.

It sounds like the
tires are either defective or
misrepresented. Be prepared, however,
to lost that
credit card. Banks are becoming
increasingly
reluctant to debit back merchants, despite VISA
and
Mastercard rules (and Regulation Z which spells out
the same rights)
that permit you to debit back the
merchant if you have just
cause.
