unwanted tires

The 2 inches seems wider than I thought the 721's were supposed to be. I'm
wondering if these tires have been modified by some previous person, trying
to make them look like "Gansta" tires. I thought the 721 were about 1 1/2"
wide. If they have been painted over, I think you have every right to
demand a better set.

I too hate noisy tires, so I don't blame you there. I hadn't heard that
complaint about 721's before, though.
