Question???...About Carb and Hood Problem

I don't know if you had the accident damage fixed, if yes, it sounds like the latch adjustment is a bit off. Your probably getting some wind drag & cutting your gas mileage with the hood partially open. My biggest fear is that it would open all the way while driving, not a pleasant experience. I doub't its having a negative affect on the way the car runs.
